Thanks to Duncan Smyth et al for this recent (2022) clinically relevant review, providing practical treatment recommendations based on the available evidence and experience, to help guide clinicians treating patients with vestibular migraine. The review explored current treatments, ongoing trials, as well as promising new therapies on the horizon for vestibular migraine.
