MY VESTICAM UNIT NEEDS REPAIR

What you need to do:​

1. Who did you purchase your Vesticam unit from?  Contact your Vesticam supplier to report the issue and find out the next steps.

 

If you purchased directly from Vesticam Australia, you can contact us (here) ​We provide the same excellent support to all Vesticam users, however, please note that our hours are based in UTC +10.  There may be response delays due to time differences..

 

2. If the fault can’t be fixed remotely, we’ll ask you to package and send your damaged or faulty equipment for assessment.  We’ll provide you with a shipping address and details.

 

3. We'll assess your equipment and provide a quote for repair or replacement within 7 days. 

Vesticam2 comes with a full 24-month warranty.  Any returns or repairs within 24 months of purchase are covered by warranty (except for shipping and local taxes to Vesticam, which are the responsibility of the purchaser).

 

4. Repaired units are returned on confirmation of warranty or receipt of payment
